Recognized as one of the nation’s first condominium buildings, Sans Souci was owned in part by J.P. Morgan and built in 1896. Its wood floors, leaded art glass, stairways, and skylights are all original. Deluxe Guestrooms are approximately 492 - 563 sqft. All feature desk and/or sitting area, coffee maker, flat screen TV, refrigerator, wifi, hair dryer, and safe. Most rooms require stair climb. Non-smoking.
